Ohio Road Trip by Rachel Cobb

In mid-August, I headed from my home in Southern New Jersey for the Cincinnati, Ohio, area. The first stop was the life celebration for a longtime Holly Society of America Member and Supporter Mary Harrison. My next stop was The Dawes Arborituim Newark, Ohio. Thank you to the staff there for making me feel so welcome. The last stop was a visit to the Mission Oaks Gardens in Zanesville, Ohio. Thank you Bert and Susan! Unfortunately, I had a two days of rain, so photographing was limited while there. I still enjoyed these incredible collections of plants. Enjoy the videos of my journey.

It's always Christmas on Bill Cannon's Brewster farm, and Mary McSweeney calls Route 6A home, but she still paints scenes of her native Ireland.
